As previously announced on May 19, 2022, the Supervisory Board has appointed Barbara Gregor – formerly Chief Financial Officer of thyssenkrupp Materials Trading Group and Managing Director (CFO) of the international thyssenkrupp Materials Trading GmbH – as a member of the Managing Board. The initial appointment will last for a period of three years.
